OMS Rider - Comprehensive Delivery Management
The OMS Rider App is a comprehensive, purpose-designed application that connects to one of EMPG’s premier CRM’s, the “Seller Center” or “Senterals”, in terms of proper syntactical notation. It allows delivery riders (who receive orders that are processed through Senterals) to track their orders & shipments, have orders be assigned to them, collect payments, and have separate modules for order pickup and drop-off, amongst much more.
The app interface has multiple modules to accommodate pickup, delivery, drop-off, and payments. There are also other auxiliaries, such as the Profile screen to show riders a snapshot of different key statistics they need to keep an eye on, such as pending payments, total orders delivered, jobs completed, and more.
