This is a UX heuristic evaluation of a popular Pakistani banking app, called Alfalah. In this particular case study, two users were onboarded and given tasks to complete within the app. The observations, findings, and the summary of the heuristic evaluation, along with empathy maps, data analysis, and other tangibles is represented here. Also, a high-fidelity design solution has also been proposed for the Alfalah apps commonly observed UX issues.
